Qrtr is not financial advice
Qrtr is a money organization and visibility tool. It is not a bank, broker, lender, investment adviser, tax professional, or financial planner.
Qrtr’s calculations and suggestions are based on the information available to us and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You make your own financial decisions and should talk with a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
Account termination
You can stop using Qrtr at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, create a security risk, do something unlawful, or if we need to stop offering a service.
When an account ends, your right to use Qrtr ends too. The sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue when they need to.
Limitation of liability
Qrtr is provided as it is and as available. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, complete, or fit for every purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qrtr and its team will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by relying on information in the app.
Intellectual property
Qrtr, its name, logo, software, design, writing, and other original materials belong to Qrtr or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.
You keep ownership of the information you add to Qrtr. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another law must apply to you. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Colorado, unless the law gives you a different right.
