Bank access and Slice access

A bank invitation gives someone access to every Slice and transaction in that bank. A Slice invitation is more limited: they can see transactions assigned to that Slice.

Roles

Pick a role based on what the person needs to do.

Owner
The person who connected the bank with valid bank credentials. Owners can create Schedules and Rules, assign transactions, and add notes or photos.
Admin
An invited user with the same working permissions as an owner, including creating Schedules and Rules and assigning transactions.
Viewer
An invited user with read-only access to Schedules, Rules, Slices, and transaction details.

Invite someone

Open Bank Settings or Slice Settings, choose Invite Someone, and select the role that matches the access they need.

Choose role
Replace with the invite flow and the Owner, Admin, and Viewer role choices.
